one thing you can do in Vulkan that you cant do in OpenGL is cause someone’s computer to hard reboot

it sucks that it's Apple only and it does rely on their unified memory architecture, but Swift + Metal is some of the most pleasant graphics programming time you can have these days
gosh Metal is so nice. every time i have to use it, it's pure joy. all the flexibility of Vulkan but actually usable by mortals.
